The XENO PRIZE for Artists' Books will be selected from submissions to an Open Call for Proposals issued March 1, 2025 to receive $5000 to publish one artist's book on the topic of book banning/burning in an edition of at least 100 copies.

Innovate Grant awards (2) $1,800.00 grants each quarter, to one Visual Artist and one Photographer. In addition, (12) honorable mentions (6 in art and 6 in photo), will be featured on our website and join a growing community of vibrant and talented artists. Innovate Grant's commitment extends beyond the grant cycle by promoting the work of selected winners and honorable mentions into the future.
United Arts of Central Florida is currently seeking to engage street musicians and performance artists interested in activating community spaces in the heart of Downtown Orlando. As part of a broader partnership between the Downtown Development Board and The City of Orlando, United Arts is leveraging resources and relationships to increase access to the arts for all residents, employees, and tourists.
Artists are compensated a minimum of $250 for the two hours based on experience, time and performance. The performance must fill the 2-hour block. (All events are to be rated PG-13 or under unless otherwise noted below) Interested performing artists must complete the application to be considered for placement within this program. All activation sites will have canopies and/or tree shade.
